Toddler Lead Teacher (age 1.5-3 years)

We are seeking experienced lead teachers with a true commitment to Montessori excellence in regards to its philosophy, curriculum and pedagogy. Candidates must have a background in Montessori education, be able to teach and take part as a member of the teaching team to develop curriculum units and refine teaching strategies and approaches on an ongoing basis. Candidates must have the ability to participate as a member of the school's operational team, to communicate effectively and sensitively with parents, and to establish a classroom environment conducive to learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (degree in Teaching preferred)

Hold recognizable Montessori diploma

Native English speaker

At least 2-years of teaching experience, a proven philosophy/pedagogy consistent with Montessori educational approach

Demonstrate professional demeanor, communication skills, and relevant personal qualities

This is a full-time position

Start Date:  January 2012

 

Thai Language Teachers

We are seeking experienced Thai language teachers with an interest in the Montessori pedagogy. Candidates will take part as a member of the teaching team to develop and deliver effective curriculum.  Training in the Montessori method will be provided as part of an ongoing professional development program.

Requirements:

Degree in Early Childhood Education

Valid Thai Teacher's License

At least 5 years of teaching experience in nursery or kindergarten levels

Demonstrate professional demeanor, communication skills, creativity and open-mindedness

This is a full-time position

Start Date:  Immediate

 

Chinese Language Teachers

We are seeking experienced Chinese language (Mandarin) teachers with an interest in the Montessori pedagogy. Candidates will take part as a member of the teaching team to develop and deliver effective curriculum.  Training in the Montessori method will be provided as part of an ongoing professional development program.

Requirements:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or Teaching Chinese to Foreigners

Montessori training / certification a plus

Native Mandarin speaker

At least 2 years of teaching experience in nursery or kindergarten levels (preferably in home country)

Demonstrate professional demeanor, communication skills, creativity and open-mindedness

This is a full-time position

Start Date:  Immediate
